Teriyaki Chicken Cobb Salad

First post!!  
Today I made a Cobb Salad for lunch.  As I walked through the grocery store, I thought about what I would like to eat for lunch.  I decided on a Cobb Salad for lunch and dinner.  For this Cobb Salad, I marinated a chicken breast in teriyaki sauce and lime juice while I sliced cucumbers, mushrooms, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, avocados and red peppers.  I also boiled an egg to slice up for this as well.  I assembled everything on a bed of romaine lettuce tossed with light bleu cheese.  I topped the whole thing with grilled teriyaki chicken.  I hope you all enjoy.
